    I’m surprised you never get sick of it. I used to eat it so much that even the smell made me nauseous. Two to three times a week I was taking clients out in Tokyo. You get to a point where you don’t want to see or smell it anymore. I took a long break from wagyu and am starting to enjoy it again. It should be eaten in moderation!

    Guga all differents salt are cool but you forgot something which for me is very pairing and in Japan they have on plate, it is Daikon Oroshi. Circly gratted white radish, with a good soy sauce, some spring onions. I like add smoked salt and a special long pepper from Thailand that is little bit more spicy and then it's heaven in your month.
