Full disclosure, man, I bought a wagyu piece of meat from the local walmart, since I can't afford butcher prices. I plan on throwing it in a George Foreman with a GPS rub. Would happily grill it proper, but don't have more than a POS cheap grill, and at least I can trust the GF grill to keep a constant heat on it. I hope it still tastes as amazing as you keep declaring wagyu is.

Middle eastern description doesn't match the video, it looks like Cinnamon sugar is used instead of Cardamon in description, video says Cinnamon, but he says Cinnamon sugar, also the video first shows Coriander, but based on the color and description its probably Cumin since that gets mentioned in the video instead, so all in all: 1/2 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Sumac 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Cinnamon sugar

SPG : been developing this flavor for 1 lifetime. Montereal : been developing this flavor for 3 centuries or so. Latin : been developing this flavor for a thousand years or so. Middle Eastern : been developing this flavor for more than over 2000 years. also Arabs are the people group second most familiar with spices, but since the first are Indians, we mastered the beef.

  92. Belal Abu Sultan

    Belal Abu Sultan3 חודשים לפני

@just a vet exactly, Indians can not eat beef, so they could not master its spices, but Arabs eat beef, so they tried and combined everything for 2000 years and that's why we rock at it. Muslims don't eat pork, so USA mastered the Bacon I guess.
