    Red caviar is really popular in Russia. It's usually served on New Year, which we celebrate like Christmas (its as big for us as Christmas for ya). We usually just put it little on slice of bread with butter. Same with cured in salt red fish (usually salmon). Red salmon caviar is usually cured in salt too

    You're cooking Foie gras wrong though. " This pinkish, creamy-colored liver is extremely delicate, and must be cooked with care, since all the fat can melt away easily with high or prolonged heat." It's actually better served as a spread rather than cooking it.

    As I'm sure people have mentioned, soak the skewers for 24 hours and they won't burn. But also please don't tear the Lobsters in half like you do, it's actually very inhumane and you've been doing it wrong. You should freeze and then use a knife through the Brain, and once dead tear away.

    For anyone that was looking for the foie gras controversy, here's a quick explanation: Foie gras has been banned in over a dozen countries. Force-feeding damages the livers of the birds so badly it induces an extremely painful disease known as hepatic lipidosis. Scientific studies also show that consumption of foie gras is associated with a fatal disease in humans called secondary amyloidosis. TLDR: Forcing ducks to eat more than they can, causing the liver to swell up larger than normal. Extremely painful death.

    Ducks & other other types of Fowl do this naturally around winter time to be able to survive the temporary lack of food until spring arrives just like some mammals hibernate some fowls gorge themselves until there livers become swollen with the extra fat deposits from not being able to digest all of the food before more being introduced i believe the controversy is because of the term "force-fed" and technically commercial Foie Gras isn't natural but hey neither is farm raised livestock or farmed produce for that matter.What about dairy? Should drinking the milk from another species be considered natural

    first time ive thought he sort of undercooked a steak.... honestly think Angel did too, he pushed a whole part of steak to the side of his plate to get another, and didnt seem that impressed with the second bit he got either. was still there at the end of the video. love my meat rare/medium rare. but middle parts of that looked pretty raw.

    Love tha Accent and voice over! The dish is a very Expensive joke though, like those Trash in Modern Art Museum. It basically all the most expensive ingredients to make food people in the third world feed the pigs ( left overs mixed in one pot). The beef is said to be so precious, you dont want to mix it with stuff. So only salt and pepper was used. But then you eat it with seafood and a bunch of ingredients like duck liver to kill the taste of thd beef. Love the accent though,
